Hello families. I am Nikko, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce myself as the teacher for
the New Pre-Kindergarten Room (3-4 years old) at Springkids Early Learning Center.
Before becoming an early childhood educator, I spent 25 months engaging with children. My
passion for early childhood education stemmed from my experience teaching art to children
at art exhibitions. I discovered that each child possesses unique personalities and thinking
styles, which deeply fascinated me. With a master's degree in literature and arts curatorship,
along with a postgraduate diploma in early childhood education, I bring a wealth of
enthusiasm and professional knowledge to the field of education.
Being a caregiver to my own goddaughter has taught me the profound impact caregivers
have on children. I enjoy analyzing children's behavior patterns from the perspectives of
child psychology and behaviorism and providing individualized guidance based on each
child's needs.
I thoroughly enjoy spending time with children. Together, we explore, discover, think, and
play. I firmly believe that carefully planned activities can promote children's holistic
development. I am committed to creating meaningful and enriching experiences for children
through thoughtful implementation.
I am dedicated to continuously learning and using my passion, energy, and skills to ensure
that each day is better than the last for your children.
I look forward to witnessing the growth of your children together with you. If you could
share more about your child with me, I would be delighted to listen and record, as this will
assist me in providing personalized activities for each child. If you see me in the classroom,
please feel free to engage in conversation; I am always eager to discuss anything related to
the children!
