Educator Sarah has worked in the Early Childhood sector for over 22 years, holding a variety of roles across services and contributing to the rollout of the national frameworks. Her passion has always been working directly with children, spending much of her career on the floor with infants and young babies.
She strongly values the important role families and culture play in a child's development and believes that building trusting relationships with children and their families is the foundation for meaningful learning and growth.
